Pre-order problem

HI! I've pre-ordered, been in the previous beta's.

... I've only just realized that i'm without any of my pre-order items, the cait sith minion, the helm? I'm in Early-Access, where the hell are my items? I've checked in my mail-moogle system. Nothing in my inventory? Where the hell are they supposed to be? Have i been jipped? Do i need to get angry at SE for false advertisement? lol, i'm confused when they state it'll be in the mail system? but it isn't?

Has anyone else had this problem, resolved it or knows how to resolve it?:(

oooh? Why's that, with the remaining purchase of the box? orr??

you never get pre order items in betas or early access.. in 99% of mmo's , you get them at official launch.

IS there still any news on the Mistaken EU I am still waiting for my NA code :(

Pretty much if you're still having a problem with the code, you have to contact them live, either phone or live chat.

Same problem.

Yesterday evening I received by moogle mail all pre-order item.

Yesterday I only received the cap and minion but no mount or the other items from digital collectors PC
