Error 1017 and stilll online

All day I've been unable to login, even as others from my FC have been able to. I spent over 2 hours trying to get in. Now my FC is seeing me online in "Another World". I can log onto other characters and other worlds, but I can't get onto my main Aefyn Whit.

Am I bugged or is this something new for the bug reports? I'm getting Error 1017 even this late at night. Please help unlock, unstuck, or whatever it is that is needed so I can play the game again. I've literally tried hundreds of times to log in since around 1:30pm when I last was able to.

I've had error 1017 for the past 12+ hours now.

I would REALLY love to play the game.. like just really would enjoy it a teeniest tiniest little bit..

I'm getting it as well. I'm really curious why an afk auto boot hasn't been implimented. If people are afk for more than 20 min, boot them. Many of the most popular mmo's use these techniques to clean up the server.

Finally in the game...was something done or after 12 hours I finally just randomly got in?
