Completely wiped

Seems all my characters and items and stuff are all gone .. i have no toons on Excalibur wonder if thats their solution wipe it all out start over

Did you get to login to check or what? If all else fails there is a nice comfy spot for you in diabolos.

Uninstall the client and do a fresh reinstall from the latest download. It fixed the issue for me - got my character back.

I can find my character on lodestone 1.0 and access all data (since i can log in) but i can't do it on lodestone 2.0 but i can search it and see it that way but not everything since i can't log in and can't claim it as mine. My account keeps reading as invalid as well

no i got to the world / character window and didn't see my toon to try to see if the 1072 error is fixed ... but seems i still have plenty of time i may re-install and see if that brings it back don't think i will be getting on today anywho

Yeah, you get to the world/character window and there's no toon there. A fresh re-install fixed it for me.
