My experience playing on JP legacy servers as a new player...

Day 1: Technical issues
The servers come up and I login fine, everything was going smooth until my guild tells me im cutting out of vent. It appears my middle mouse button for push to talk has broken, I attempt to plug my new mouse in, however in doing so I accidentally restart my PC. Upon reboot I take afew min to change my mouse keybinds around as I didn't have any mouses of the same brand I was using as spares, I then log back into the game and play flawlessly until 4am.

Day 2: The wrath of the legacy players and their absurd amounts of gil.
At about 9am, i get up, login to the game, power on levelling my lancer for alittle while. Eventually growing bored of that grind i take a break and level my crafting for a bit. I then thought id attempt to sell some stuff on the AH, it was at this time I was crushed by the legacy players wallets, they just have so much cash and they just throw it at you and the crappy stuff you're selling! the screen spam of my crap selling and the gil coming in was intense...hectic even...It just so horrible on legacy servers...

Day 3: The issues Continue...

I'm stuck at work....

SE took like 90% of our gil by taking the ones digit off. so if you had 1,000,000 now you have 100,000

My view of what the OP is trying to say:

Day 1: "I have no technical problems with ARR. My mouse gave up on me"

Day 2: "selling stuff on the AH was a breeze"

I'm enjoying playing on the legacy server as a new player. There's still a bit of a crush at certain mob-kill-quest-areas, and there seems to be an overload of carbys, but it's so nice to hear people talking about how awesome the new version is :) And most people are really polite!

So wait, you're complaining because your stuff sold fast and you easily made gil off legacy players?

Yes, I very much regret that I pulled my legacy character from a JP server and placed it on a NA server. x.x I haven't been able to play that one all day. Instead, I made a new character on a JP server and have been having a blast.

I believe OP was joking, probably due to his seemingly mundane problems in the face of the 90k errors and stuff. :)

tl;dr/understand version:

OP: I've had 0 problems playing on JP servers. Legacy worries were total crap, the guy is making $$$$$$$ selling low level trash on the AH


Which is ironic, because NA/EU has been nothing but problems since Phase 4. Everyone caught up?

guess i shouldnt have played early access and actually wait for 1 week after release, or play on a jp server.
