SE, when exactly is "Later" is it related at all to "soon?"

I mean, you guys have magical numbers and times going on in your secret meetings, can't you just tell us that at a certain time we will open up so many slots on the server etc. etc. etc.?

Can't you at least be more specific than "later!?"
