Microstuttering and shadows

Two issues really:

Microstuttering really annoying, doesn't stop no matter what graphical settings.

Shadows: 5000 series AMD cards are horrible with shadows, I usually have to turn them off in every single game I play, as FF14 has a ton of shadows I have a lot of issues, and currently there is no way to completely shut them off, you can only lower the resolution of them and hide them from a few things, is there an ini or cfg file somewhere that I can completely disable shadows at?

Micro-stuttering with Crossfire is horrible in this game right now; I have spent a great deal of time trying various workarounds with no luck. So, I currently suggest just turning Crossfire off and waiting until Square and AMD both can get some decent drivers behind it, because 13.8 beta version 2 drivers sure aren't doing it.
