chocobo whistle gone can i get a new one?

is their eney way i can get a new chocobo whistle???? i had it then i log out came back in and gone i can ride my chocobo but i cant call it out to help me fight i have the achievement for the whistle but its not in my inventory

its there, goto traits>mounts.

ummm i got that but i cant call it out to fight with me all i can do is ride

You can't call it out to fight until you complete the level 30 quest to unlock it. Also, the whistle doesn't summon him as a battle companion, the gysomething greens does that.

For beta purposes the people unlocked battle preparedness for chocobos for testing, but that feature has been gated behind quests now that the game is "live".
