I was in Limsa upper decks near the armorer's guild and suddenly my character became "heavy" and I had a free fall all the way to the water, after that stairs nor anything else was able to climb. As if there only was one plane, the one of the water(the lower level).
Anyone else had this problem?!

I think at the moment i casted sprint and then i fell all the way down.
