Discuss what?
I should be able to craft/fish on my psp ;_;
If they're having issues getting it to run on the PS3 itself, I highly doubt they would consider a NGP version.

Now discuss.
Well I for one would pay money to play XIV portable on my future NGP. It's begging to be made considering the NGP's specifications. Dual analogue sticks, 3G support and capacitive touch screen. 3G is poo, you might say. But I've played XIV with a 3G connection, and it's hands down the most 3G friendly MMORPG I've played, despite the servers being based in Japan(!). And Konami ported MGS4 as a proof of concept, so the idea isn't even that far-fetched! It could actually work!
How did he do that? O_O
well, i don't think ngp can handle a huge client as ffxiv + gb of patches in the future+ more gb of expansions, if they don't come around with a very huge hard disk :/ let's dream, but almost impossible
Size isn't that much of an issue. The PSP Go had 16 gigs of internal memory, and my PC XIV folder is around 10gb. If we compress all the textures and other files for NGP use we might be able to shrink it to 7 or maybe even 6gb. Right now the announced game cards for the NGP are 2gb and 4gb, but cards with higher capacity will come in the future. They can solve the storage issues if they want to. :)
I can totally wait a couple of years to get my hands on this. It has the potential to be the first true portable MMORPG.
