So heres a Summary.

So we all know everyone is annoyed and we all know people are agitated, so here's a list of what everyone seems to be mad at, i kinda have to post it here because apparently it wont let me post any threads in general discussion (don't know why.)

Now.. Don't get the wrong end of the stick I'm just as agitated as you guys are, however i can also see ''The Other Slice Of The Cake.''

I can understand their server stress, however i don't understand why they'd not be prepared for this after the public ''success'' they had with Phase 4 BETA. a lot of these bugs as far as i remember didn't even prompt in Phase 4 or previous Phases, or if they did occur it didn't cause this much downtime or problems.

The communication between developers and consumers has been sub par, we're simply told there's going to be a maintenance and log off, then we're told we can log back on, only to be followed by another maintenance, why not some form of note archive to state what you guys fixed, or what you guys had to change and so forth to make sure the game worked again, this would not only benefit us but it keeps a log for you.

The No Queue thing is silly, how can a player know when a free slot is available and come back later at that specific time? Queue does work however but its not very often its put me into it. heck even if i am behind 2000 people its better than nothing as well as not expanding the NA/EU servers (Pretty much half of the western world (yes exaggerated))

in comparison to Japan. which doesn't seem to have any problems in comparison to us. This is also probably why you cant see characters because your server is most likely dying just straining the load its already at never mind pumping out information for new logins. same as the Error 3102 and 9000.

Maintenance has to be done, which everyone knows, however why do several maintenance when you could have extended downtime and just fix the problem right out rather than in chunks? think ahead, this not only gives us a better ET for when you'll be done but it gives you time to really knuckle down and solve the issue so it doesn't occur again..

for example the Duty Finder and Instances have had problems since Hour 1 of Pre-Release Access.. this isn't a BETA anymore, it's what is soon to be the actual game. and the player count is only going to increase.

Another thing is people also seem to want some form of incentive to cover up for the downtime, this has been varied from a FREE MONTH to some simple timed consumables / items, not yet have i seen someone mention some EXP Buffs to allow us to get ahead of the game like we intended to do with Pre-release. i don't mean the 3% EXP increase, nor do i mean an alternative to our Moogle caps, i mean a consumable which will stack for an X amount of time at an increased rate. or a timed limitation on rested EXP for when we get into the game. e.g. 5 hours Rested XP or the amount of hours we lost during the pre-release due to issues.

That's just my look on the issue really, not trying to cause anything i just wanted to type it out before i got even more frustrated.

Well, if the game fails on launch, it should reduce the load on the servers.

In either case, it'll get better.
