Just, just get it over with please

I don't care what the problem is, i don't care whats causing it, i don't care how long it takes, i don't care what it takes. Just fix the problem, and give the thumbs up, green light to go. I have been here from the early access/beta of FFXIV (1.0), i am not going anywhere, so please address what ever is ailing the NA/EU servers, so i can go fishing. That is all thank you SE, you have done an amazing job, and you are in the home stretch, let's not trip up just because one of the shoes lases is a little loose.
