This is what I've been wondering. Did I preorder for early access? Yes. Am I going to get to enjoy more than 15 minutes of gameplay before August 27th? I doubt it. What SE needs to be focusing on is how to satisfy all of the unhappy customers who expected to get what they paid for. Extra playtime, XP bonuses, etc, all of those are suitable, but simply saying "we're doing our best, thanks for understanding" will not cut it, as very few people understand why SE isn't remedying the problem.
