I mean seriously? You advertise early access knowing your player base will be surprisingly humongous and yet you build small limited servers so people have to wait turns to play? Are you kidding me?! THIS is what we are paying for?! Then what was the point of Alpha/Beta testing?! That is just horrible customer service and poor planning on your part SE. Remember the 7 P's: Proper prior planning prevents piss poor performance.... EPIC FAIL!!
I don't think SE actually comprehended how popular the re-release would be. Part in is the limited amount of servers for EU alone, let alone sharing a majority of them with NA. EU and USA should have separate servers, this would ease congestion slightly...

I have a brilliant idea! How about you take ALL that money you have, (some of it being mine:you're welcome) make some more servers and include free temp character transfers? It's almost rocket science, i know. But hey! Maybe then i can actually play the game i brought.
Sarcasm aside, i will not give you any more of my money because i feel the product and service i am recieving is not to standard. I have brought a game i cannot even play! Why? How can anyone justify this? Why is it so diffecult for you guys? I feel i've been dooped. Why should i have to wake up at 2am every morn because that's the only time i can get in?
I didn't pay money to hear a: "we are sorry to inform you..." every hour or so.

lets be serious. the game it's self (during the pathetically scant time we can get logged on) is awesome. but i could shit better server status any day of the week. SE, the service you are providing, or rather, NOT providing is terrible. i'm a long time MMO player and have been through several BETAs and early access periods and this is by far the worst. simply because it is imposible to even get into the game at all. i would rather deal with bugged missions and falling through the floor every 15 minutes, because at least i have a few minutes to actually play the game. the other point i need to bring up should serve as a serious wake up call to SE. almost all of the servers are already under login restrictions, and this is ONLY THE EARLY ACCESS PERIOD. WHAT THE HELL DO YOU GUYS THINK IS GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN THE REST OF THE ff GAMING WORLD DIVES IN TOMORROW?!? you guys are screwed unless you can pull another 4 dozen servers of a miracle out of ur asses.

/sigh all I can say is once you have fixed this problem you should find a way to make it up to the customers that our loyal and stood by patiently/impatiently waiting for you to solve the issue. Causing many others including me to be behind their friends and unable to play cause no one will log out due to the fear of never getting back in.
I will be hoping that you will understand our point of view. As I am well aware of yours and I am patiently waiting.
Wanna help server congestion? START KICKING AFK PLAYERS. I heard people on my server talk about them leaving it on while they go to work or sleep. 30 Minutes without action should be enough reason to kick someone.
So this old legacy player decided to give FFXIV another chance. Final Fantasy XIV: ARR CE and was offered with bonuses and a feature which was dubbed "Early Access". It seems the only "Early Access" most of us got was to download the game and stare at the title/character select screen earlier than the rest of the players. I get put in queue with 33 players and after 3 minutes I receive the "The world is full blah blah...try again later"...then get kicked out of queue...We are now on the eve of "Official Launch" and it feels like most of us don't have much of a head start to those who did not opt for the CE. Thousands of games have had launch dates and early access...why not use history as a benchmark in an attempt to overcome launch fails..."Houston...we have a problem!" Implement a rolling restart or server reboot, get the players who are AFK for hours at a time or the ones who are running in place at various corners logged out...Auto log players who have not inputted any commands within an hour.
This is a real kick in the teeth as I am one of the legacy players who transferred from Aegis to Hyperion. due to all the consistent errors, I have be almost completely unable to play. I need to be able to log in to play my character S-E if you ever want to see a monthly sub from me. I'm not going to f*cking do some queue dance, or wait for servers. You claimed a realm reborn, now f*cking deliver it. We waited and believed in you, now PLEASE fulfill your end of the bargain.
IS THERE WAY TO TRANSFER UR CHARACTER FROM ONE WORLD TO ANOTHER!? like from busy server to less busy server!! i dont want to start over!!!!!!!!!! it should be free to everyone experiencing difficulties in logging in not a paid service!!!!!!!!!! and if we have to wait til mid sept for it then we should get a free month!!!!!!!!!
