Face gear = head gear?

Hello all and welcome to "my request for answers", edition 1 volume 1,lol!

Why can we have both headgear and face gear equipped? Is it not for ourselves to manage how we look or is it because we can't stack up on gear or stats for the head in general?

Will it over -power us?

It wouldn't be fair to mob who wear countless gear already to destroy us and asking that we can wear a mask and a hood is asking too much? What's up with that DEVs?

Is it technically possible to wear face gear and head gear simolaniously?

Face gear is on your head isn't it? It's as if you've never played an RPG before.

So I'm guessing you wear your hat over your face and your mask goes on your head. Having a mask and hat seems to play the same role, so I suppose they would cancel each other out beside combining the two.

Only question is why can't we have two types of combining head gear: Spectacles + beret or cloak + wooden mask.

Let's also ask for 10 rings slots, after all we got 2 hands with 5 fingers each.
