Error with Individual Instanced/Cutscene Quests

Impact: High - cannot progress through main storyline

My instanced/cutscene quests were working this morning after the emergency maintenance and I was able to progress from Painted Mesa to Lord of the Inferno. Upon going to the designated location and waiting.....I go to a black screen and the progress bar continues to spin with a black screen. Eventually I get an error in the chat window that says "an error occurred during event movement" and I'm taken back to the "designated location" near the Invisible City. Upon trying to progress again, I got the black screen again and the error message in the chat window, but this time I was not taken back to the "designated location." The black screen persisted until I just "alt + F4" exited the game here at 5:15 PM EST. For 45 min I had the black screen with the spinning progress bar. After exiting the game and trying to get back in, I received multiple errors including error 90000, error 1017, error 3102, error with the duty server, error with the lobby server, etc.
