Unable to connect to server list

Problem:
Even with the servers up, I sometimes get a connect connect error. When I close the game and open it again, the error goes away and I can see the servers again. Sometimes I need to try 3 or more times to get the servers to show.

Suggestion:
I think that the game just tries to connect on its first attempt with no retries. If this is the case, put in a 5 second or so retry. The retry rate can keep expanding too if not limited another way. Usually people don't connect on their first attempt because of various reasons.
