no, that is all about turning leaves into quests, someone did suggest something like this but predominately the thread is about making them quest chains instead of just one shot bounties.
this would be identical to the current guildleaves in every way except for the the number of required objectives. making an overarching story and cut scenes takes time and effort, thats all good and dandy but we kinda need more -now-.
what I'm suggesting is a simple copy and paste of existing code and changing the part of the database for the # of required objectives, then letting the game spawn 12 collection points instead of 3 (or whatever).
