I'll repeat what i said earlier, SE you need to get this sorted ASAP as we are creaking ever closer to FULL RELEASE and these kind of issues are just appearing now.....?
I've moved onto the JP server's cba with this shit any more.
Same error again.... 4 maintenance to do freaking s.... Enix fix this already.... the problems are from beta 3........ come on! You engineers and Devs are 2 year olds kids that doesn't know anything about computers?
3rd time for me now in a couple of days. Got Error 90000 when transitioning to for Waking Sands mini zone. Now can't get back in because of 90000 or 10102.

About 5-10 minutes after posting this I was able to sign in. Not sure if a support rep addressed after seeing my post or if it resolved on its own.
