Unable to log in, error message 1017

So, what exactly was the point of pre-ordering this game if I can't even play the game. Can't log in, hardly any servers available and it's impossible to log into the server my friends are on. Every character I have already created is not able to get into the servers I've chosen.

If you were going to use the pre-orders as another beta you should have stated you were doing so before people ordered the game.

Two days of the supposed early access and not once have I been able to log into the server my characters are on.
