This game was not ready for release. Refund purchases and return to beta.

Honestly after all the issues with FF14 you would expect them to have fixed it in the years of development.

Given the lengthy beta period, you would have expected them to have fixed their issues. Beta 4 uncovered for me as a player that this game was no where near release, yet instead of being responsible and pushing it back two weeks to clean up their stuff, SE stuck to their guns and released something that simply is not ready.

As far as easy access goes, this is the worst one I've ever experienced. People point at WoW, but that was 8 years ago, and you could still get in and play it even with the massive lag and issues. I have been in early access for maybe two hours given all the troubles in the last two days.

Whats worse is, none of their fixes fix anything. Their communication to customers has been piss poor. The community managers and technical support/server team need to be fired and replaced ASAP.
