Please communicate better and let us know, when this mess will be fixed and when we will be able to play the game we all enjoy and want to play. This is just sad and disrespectful to your customers. By keeping quiet you are just offending people and risking shoving the very people you hope to bring back from the epic failure of 1,0 away again, by giving limit communication. Hourly updates on what you are doing to fix this problem should be given.
