More communication is needed

Obviously there are some major errors with the servers but I think it would calm everybody down to be informed about specifics.

- What is Error 1017 and why is everyone getting it?
- If server logins are limited, how are they limited?
- What is the plan for NA/EU servers for launch?
- Why have JP servers had nearly 100% uptime?
- How long do you anticipate these issues to persist?
- What, if any, restitution will be offered?
- What have all the emergency maintenances been accomplishing specifically?
- Could you please communicate more proactively about server issues?
