Legacy Player and 2.0 Issues

Today, I was trying to continue the Arcanist quest line and received a 9000 error code while zoning into the single player instance. I have not been able to logon since I received this error. The servers constantly show as full or not available. My friends say that they see me logged on either though I am not.

I realize this is a similar issue other plays are having but someone who purchased the 1.0 Collectors Edition and experienced a game that was not ready for release, I feel like I'm getting the same thing again. I ended up purchasing the PS3 version so I can get early access because I found the BETA so fun. I Regret doing this as I've only been able to play the game 5 hours???

I realize that this is early access but the point of early access is to play the game and NOT have these issues. In 1.0, I did not experience any server issues, I just experienced a game that was not developed for the prime time.

This game should have never been released. SE had every warning sine in P4 Beta that these issues were going to happen. I love the playstyle of this game, but I'm starting to feel like this game is a waste of my money. I want to be refunded for my purchase as I can't even play the game!!!!
