I purchased CE thru SE to play early. I can see this was a waste of $$ so i go to apply for a refund. All purchases thru SE website are handled by Digital River.. Guess what.... Their website is down for server maintenance!!! HAHA go figure. Maybe SE hosts their website also? No biggie i will get my refund at some point. Enjoy the torture guys,
