Friends signup has failed twice on two seperate accounts!

I am posting this, because due to these issues my friend can't log into the lodestone forums to place this himself.

First: My friend bought his copy through the Square-Enix store yesterday. Followed through the instructions, set up his account and ID and then added the codes (both for the game and pre-order). After installing the launcher, he tried to log into his account. In response to his attempted log ins he gets "There are no valid service accounts." We tried re-submitting his pre-order code and it states that it has been used. Under his account page, it doesn't show that his FF14:ARR is active like it is on mine.

When we tried to log him into here he got the message: "You could not log in because the service account in question is not registered.
If you would like to log in to the service, please log in to the Square Enix Account Management System and register the service account."

SECOND: After deciding that he might just have to wait, he came up with a brilliant idea so that he could play now. Thinking of sharing one of the accounts with his girlfriend we decided to make a new account and and purchase a second copy through the Square-Enix store. We used the purchase as a means of setting up the account. After paying, we followed the instructions to finish setting up his new account that were provided via email. After that, we never received a confirmation email with the serial codes for either the game, or the pre-order package. When we go through the account in the store, it will not show that we have made any order. When trying to view the invoice we get the error: "We are currently unable to perform the selected action. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. We have been notified and are already working to correct this issue as quickly as possible. Please click your browser's back button and try this action at a later time, or take a different action. Error Number: SYS_000001" . We cannot do anything at this time to set up the game for his SECOND account either.

Please, for the love of god, help.
