Instead of frustrating users with error messages like 90k, 10102, 1017 or whatever, they need to fix the queue. even if we're in line with over 9000 people. At least we know that things are getting processed. It gives us the option of saying "holy crap, this server is freaking congested, let me call my friends and we can start over else where since the game is only 2 days old!"
