RELEASE MUST BE RESCHEDULED = Yoshi promised no release unless perfect

Due to Yoshi's promise to not release the game unless it was perfect....

The game will have to be rescheduled for release....

Im sorry but he is a man of honor and if he does not live up to that then SE loses my support. Honor is everything, and his promise was to not release unless perfect.

@ Darqstalker - Since limited to replies and posts as everyone is (what game or forum does that BS?) .... The game is crashing in so many areas its not funny. The login not having queue lines anymore has thousands of people pissed off and clicking endlessly for an error... no game has ever been so disrespectful to its customers as this one is being right now.... and these are the customers who are legacy players and preorders... who truely bought into it before release... Change is necessary and a real appology for the total and utter disrespect that has been shown this weekend.

@ NA and EU players going onto JP servers and being disrespectful...... STOP! YOU DO NOT REPRESENT the NA and EU community and talking racist and about bombs is worse than what SE is doing to us. On behalf of all decent gamers I would like to appologize to the JP community who was always friendly and welcoming through all my years in FFXI.

doesnt matter if the game works perfectly in japan, they arent only selling in japan. they made it a global product and if its not working in any other regions then their own, thats a failure.
the game itself is great but if people cant play it, alot of people will quit before getting to see how great it is.

I'd actually call FFXIV the greatest game I've ever only kinda played.

The game is running perfectly in Japan because we fixed it for them, our peak times were before theirs. I wonder if they even care about our contribution in helping their servers run smoothly?

Even if they get the kinks sorted out before official release? I dont think it cost any extra for us to get early access, it was just a perk. So what if we dont get much playtime in before then. I started a alt on a japanese server that i'm running around with while i wait for it to get fixed.

the main problem is server side, not gameplay

the servers can not handle the loads/requests of all the users at one time
that one reason for the limitation SE have done

it better to fix it now, then wait till the game is out
find something to do while you wait
there are many other thing to do

I don't think that's true at all I'm afraid. I don't recall them pulling JP servers down once for maintenaince except for this one time now.

i honestly cant say they their servers even have a problem. almost sounds like they took better care of their own servers but we really dont even know what the problem is thats causing this because SE wont really tell us. if its just congestion then does that mean that more people want to play in NA and EU then they do in japan?
thats kinda weird, but theres just alot we dont know.
i just hope its not that they care less about the rest of the world outside of japan because thats a big negative
