I have the 1017 error - world is currently full thing. It was working perfectly this morning. then NA/EU character list cannot update. I dont understand how they can do a maintences and not fix an issue? Apparently something is NOT strong enough. Both NA and EU are in one group. HUGE countries in comparison to JP. Why is no one prepared?
