Does FFXIV Support Mumble Overlay or is it just me ?

Don't ask for support for a third-party program here - ask on the third party program's support site.
Having said that, a simple google search for "mumble overlay" turns up http://mumble.sourceforge.net/Overlay, which states that DX11 is not supported; if I'm not mistaken, FFXIV uses DX11.
Idk. mine don't works too, if mumble start before client ff, the client ff get crashed (stopped working). but if client ff start first and after that I start mumble, it will be no problem. I wonder if overlay can't be applied on my laptop. My bf do same thing but it works on his laptop. any idea why ? Ive been seeking for answer for almost 1 week. it really bother me alot
I believe FFXIV is only using DX9 at the moment (probably to allow for great range of users/video cards) and I heard something about a DX11 version to come later so from the post Zastai linked, you might have to try some of those DX9 compatibility parameters.
