Dead During Ifrit Fight

Myself (the healer) and another member died during the Ifrit fight. THe two last party members finished the job. Great, right?

Unfortunately, we were stuck in the "instance". We could not release or anything. After a while, I risked "leaving" the Duty, which kicked me out (and luckily kept my credit for the quest). My body then fell dead and I returned to the starting point.

Please have an automated revive for when Ifrit "trial" is finished, or some way to release inside the battle once the battle is over.
