About Us
Paradigm is a fun yet progression focused online gaming community. Our group is laid-back, our raids are mellow, and our goals are simple: kill Internet bosses and enjoy each other’s company doing it.

Event Schedule
Days: Monday,Wednesday 8pm - 10:30pm EST and Friday @ 8pm - 11pm EST.
(Any additional days and times as needed)

Recruitment
Paradigm is looking for friendly people that work well with others, can perform well in a raiding environment, people that enjoy PvP and social members. 18+ age limit.

Current needs:
High: Ranged DPS (Short on Blm, all welcome to apply)
High: Healers (the ability to swap between Sch or Whm an asset)
Medium/Low: Melee DPS
Medium: Tanks (Dps off spec an asset)

We expect guild members to:
- Have fun!
- Know how to play their class, have raid awareness and patience.
- Sign up for all events they plan to attend, let us know if they will not be able to attend.
- Be on time, be prepared for raid, knowledge of current boss encounters.
- Work to improve your character in/out of raid.
- Use Mumble for all guild events.
