How do I transfer my p4 character to the new game?

I have looked for and posted this question but gotten no response so I'm trying again. All my character data is on service account one. After the code for early access I have a 3rd service account. SA 3 is the only I can get into but my data isn't there and I have no idea how to get it there. I can copy my old character but will be starting over at level 1. That's hardly a transfer. I can just make one that looks like mine without that.

I really need help and SE takes forever and a day to get back to you. Waiting for them early access will be over and I could just make a new person and level up to where I was. Please help!
