2 Service Accounts
I used my PSN refund yesterday to get SE so I could play however early this morning I received the 12 digit code to re-buy CE. Now I have 2 service accounts.
1) will I have to start over again(for the 3rd time) in order to get my CE items
2) is there anyway to just merge the accounts so I won't have to create all new stuff

I guess... I assume that it has to do with the fact that we have two Early Access Services active on our accounts. What I do hope is that we get our Items without starting over. I say this because when you go into Service Acount 2, it's blank with no characters from Beta. I hope it all get worked out. Another note, I noticed when I agreed again that the CE items were not present. I guess on the official Launch, we get to choose which account it goes to?? Well, here's hoping.

Same problem from what I'm guessing it could either be that the first account has the Standard items and the second the Collectors
Or
It could be the fact that we bought the game twice and in that case it looks like we'd be getting the standard items because from what I read it links the pre order code to which ever the first game you play so yeah ...
Safest bet you make another character on the other account I feel as if Service Acc 2 would be the choice for getting the Collectors items
But then again if you got the beta from pre ordering the Collectors first then the first one might have it... So many variables
Optimistic pov we wait till release and see what happens and possibly se will work something out so we'll get something
Pessimistic pov were getting standard items and SE won't even care to to try or will say you should've been patient
Hopefully someone can set us straight and tell us what were getting

I would go to SE support website and make a ticket there aswell.
You'll get a ticket number and they get back to you. Not sure if they will help you here.
If you make a ticket, don't forget to post how you fixed it!

So many tickets...really I do not understand why it auto made a second account without just giving an option to merge or upgrade.

I used an old Amazon code from months ago so I could play EA. After using the voucher (which I was grateful for, don't get me wrong), now I have 2 EA accounts and my CE stuff is on service account 2 I presume. I don't mind starting over (just got my airship pass, ugh), but I just want this fixed somehow. I sent my problem to SE's customer support and will continue to play on account 1 in the hopes that everything gets fixed. It will, right???
