Oh.. and it just keeps getting better...

So.. I decided to check out my DigitalRiver deal to see if theirs been any updates or shipping info. I placed my collectors box (2) order back on 5/23/2013.. I just got told my order number is not found. Calling support they told me "Our systems are off-line, call back in 6hours, we can't verify if your order has been deleted or if its a system glitch"

So.. I'll be calling back, and praying to god the poor soul that answers the phone has good news.. if not I apologize for the thrashing they may receive in advance.
