Refund - How to?

Been searching for little over 30 minutes now and have been unable to find anything on how to get a refund.

Please no trolls, simply in my opinion from sitting through the original ff14 release and not seeing the fixes come in a reasonable amount of time that this game is not a service that I would like to invest my money in.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

i think you can cancel your pre-order

I was offered an refund when I submitted a support ticket for no pre order code received. Maybe you should try the support ticket route.
