Same here. I finally decided to try a restart and got locked out again with 10102 errors. So close to 29 ;-;

I have stopped multiple times an started another class to level up and same problem can't proceed as I get an black screen.
Happened again here also on Ragnarok.
10 mins waiting for a main story to load now on a 10102 error.

Same here..tried to get into an instanced solo encounter, but error 90000 turned up. Now I cannot even get into the game because of error 10102. At least before the "fix" I could try to get into the encounter without diconnecting\being locked out!
