Help, no confirmation code in my order email!

ey guys,

I ordered this game a last night from the square enix website, the PC digital download version, and I got my order email with a bunch of steps, yet there are no registration codes or anything for early access, nor is there a link to even download the client! Did anyone else have this problem? I feel like I'm missing something.

I did not play in the closed beta, but I did participate in the open beta last weekend!

I submitted an email inquiring about this, but am bummed there isn't even a number I can call or something? I feel like I've been robbed and have read about other people having this problem..

I had the same problem! I emailed them and the next day i received an email with my confirmation code, maybe send another one? If your from EU just google the sqaure enix number, i know some people were able to call!

I emailed them via their support center, but I want a more direct means of being able to speak with them..everything is so vague so far..
