Cancelling the game

Hi all, I pre-ordered this game from SE website and see many people saying u can cancel it and get a refund. But how/where can you do this?

Had to cancel mine as well. Go to your confirmation email, copy your order number, click on the findmyorder link and enter your order number and SE password, scroll down and click on view invoice, then cancel. Money may take a day or two to get refunded. At least I hope because I need it to buy the game again lol.

There is no findmyorder link in my confirmation email. Is it on this website or something? Thanks for answering btw :-)

Strange. There is nothing telling you where to go to look up your order?

I cancelled my brother preorder account and they refunded to me in few hours.

Bank said the process will take 3 - 7 working days.

"If you wish to cancel this order, please contact our support team. Our support team can guide you through our returns policy." Great, so this will most likely take weeks as they are getting loaded with support tickets. FML >.<
