[Bug] [Display] [Minimap] Certain icons on the minimap occasionally disappear

Description: Certain icons on the minimap will disappear when the "view triangle" cone overlaps with them on the minimap. Turning to face a different direction, or approaching closer to the items, will cause them to reappear. Icons observed with this behavior include: mining nodes, botany nodes, chocobokeeps.

Expected Behavior: Minimap icons should always take display precedence over the "view triangle".

Actual Behavior: The icons disappear when at the edge or the outer half of the cone. They reappear when outside the cone or when the player approaches the in-game object.

Impact: Does not block gameplay. However, it's annoying and makes gathering a bit more difficult. It also makes navigating using the minimap more difficult as important icons may be missed.
