Level sync in party

Is there a way to level sync in just a normal party? If so how?

Unfortunately from what I've seen I don't think you can level sync outside of dungeons and fates :[

That's a shame, since most of my classes are 50 and my wife is basically just starting.

something I've been complaining about since CB3. Hopefully they will add it. It was in FFXI so I don't know why it wouldn't be here.
