i my ps3 froze as i was customizing my hot bar and i had to reset. After logging back on and selecting my character i get this error and i cant get past it. please help.

Good old ingenuity and perseverance.
Figured it out. For anyone else encountering this problem. Just delete your character save data in the "saved data utility". Will unfortunatly erase all ur customizations for ur hot bar and ur gear sets XD.
