PC Digital Download - EU

I pre-ordered on Friday (23-08-2013) after playing in the phase 4 beta (had to wait for payday).

I have, of course, not received an early access code. After scrolling through the forums, it's apparent SE are just not going to respond. I do not buy this 'Monday-Friday' nonsense either; they will be well aware of the influx of issues, they're just too scared to respond and give an actual answer to the question:

Where is my damn code, the one I PAID for specifically to play this weekend?

Would I get on quicker if I cancelled my digi-download payment and went into town and bought a hard-copy from a shop? Surely they'd give me a code with the game and I wouldn't have to deal with the classic SE don't know how to solve their own issues.

I've seen some things from them when I played FFXI but this is ridiculous.

Attention SE: Deal with your customers and handle your damn complaints like an actual company.
