Crash during approach of loading areas

Hi,
Bit of an unusual problem here, I didnt have it during beta.
When I walk up to a loading area , with the dotted lines you know. It starts to really bog down with lag and normally crashes at that point. Ive also had it crash just out in the field but the loading areas is repeatable.

None of my drivers are crashing, nor am I getting a bsod, or freeze etc. Its just "ffxiv has stopped working. "

Im trying to fiddle around with my drivers and such, (even updated my bios) but still having an issue. Not sure if its from the latest patch or not.
