What a shame! Beta phase 1, phase 2, phase 3, phase 4 and now, at launch, the servers never worked so poorly.
Two maintenance and everything still broken.

Betas were best because the population was so much reduced, nowhere near the actual playing crowd. But I do agree that the game was more solid in P3 in a matter of client bugs, crashes and stuttering.
I bet the launch will be even worse because more people who didn't pre-orderes will come in addition to the actual playing people. -
