Macro bug - Lancer skill Pierce

Lancer skill Pierce cannot load up to action bar by macro command /eaction 3 "Pierce"
even it does not excess the total action cost.

This was apparently blocked from macroing earlier on due to another skill in the game by the same name.. presumably by the rumoured "Fencer" class.
