Resolved by force quitting.
still can't log in....
Just got it myself. 3102 sigh
...happening again...
and again...
I have had 1017, 3102, NA data centers offline all in the past 5 mins.
#102 here as well been trying to log in for 20 minutes now

I've been trying to play since Noon (it's 4:10pm now). I'm pretty frustrated, I know there are issues with any new MMO release but I'd like to at least play the game a little during this pre-release window.
