Latest Update Fatal DirectX 1000000d Error (Solved)

I managed to solve this myself but I thought I'd post it here for anyone else that may end up with the same issue.

My set up consists of a Low-Medium Spec Asus K52JC Laptop being used as a desktop replacement. I have two Dell U2412M Monitors hooked up to it with the Latest Graphics Drivers from the ASUS Website, with the switch-able Graphics turned permanently on the NVidia Card. I also have an external Keyboard and Mouse Hooked up

I'm my case when I was logging in and starting up the game in full screen mode at a resolution of 1280x800 I was getting a DirectX 1000000d Error. I didn't get this issue in Beta Phase 4.

What seemed to work was unplugging my secondary monitor and then starting up the game in it's default 1280x800 Full screen Mode. I then changed the settings to Windowed Mode with the Window at 1280x800 and my screen back to 1920x1200 and plugged back in my secondary Monitor. Now the game starts up correctly for me.

This means the latest update doesn't support a duel-monitor set up with one screen at 1280x800 and the other screen at 1920x1200 (not at least on my system)

OS: Windows 7 64 Bit Home Premium
CPU: Intel i5 M430 @ 2.27 GHz
RAM: 8GB
Main GPU: Intel HD Graphics (Not used for Game)
Secondary GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 310M (Used for Game)
RAM: 8GB
