Anybody's Character Getting Stuck?

So im trying to do this quest and every time I try to accept it I get stuck and i cant move. And i can't continue unless i do that quest. This is pretty annoying because i was playing phase 4 beta and there no problems with quests being bugged out. The game comes out in 3 days and i fail to see any improvements in making the game experience enjoyable. And I'm one of the few guys out there that does not like to complain, but i have to address this issue because frankly I just had enough of it. I just want to enjoy the game and not have to worry about being bugged out every time. I just want to play!..lol

Yes most of the Solo instances are not working, they seem to be an issue with the Dungeon finder as well since its all inside the Duty Finder server which is hella bug atm.
