no valid or active service account

I played beta 3 and 4. I also purchased the EU Collectors edition. I live in NA though. I registered the preorder code successfully on the NA preorder site. I tried to download the new ps3 code. The accounts for se and ps3 are linked. When I use the client that was used for beta 4 now..it's not working. It says "No valid or active service account is available to play FF xiv arr" I tried downloading the new client,but it says my ps3 code to redeem it is invalid......pease help! Please provide a link if I need to replace or reset something... :(
