bought game no registration/preorderCode

title kinda says it all. i got the Square-Enix, Inc. - Order Confirmation email
but when i look up the order number it says its invalid and i cant find the codes anywere do i just need to wait longer in my email or what? any info will be greatly appriciated thanks.

depending on when you bought it you may or may not get one. if it was in the last few days, then you are SOL sorry.

i would do that but my issue is allso i cant cancel it cuz the only code it brings up is the first one i preordered and the second one was for my buddy and its the one thats not showing up i only got a confirmation email for the one i dont have a code for . witch confuses me cuz my first one went though smoothly

update: i tryed to just buy another one though amazon but they dont accept downloads from outside the us
